We are excited to announce that Gallo released a statement on October 19, 2018 that they are discontinuing their request for a Use Permit at the proposed Liberty Winery location in Acampo, CA. They are instead pursuing expansion of their operations at their newly acquired Seneca Foods property in Modesto, CA.

THANK YOU Gallo for listening to your neighbors and taking to heart the concerns of the community! As we have stated many times, this was not an effort to thwart Gallo of their expansion needs; rather this was an effort to preserve rural character of agricultural community.
